Hello and thank you for visiting my website. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about myself personally and professionally. I think that you will see that my background enhances my ability to work with you on this exciting endeavor.
Oregon has been my home for 18 years. Before becoming a realtor, I had been a mental health clinician for many years. I believe that the skills I used as a therapist, such as active listening, building a trusting relationship, stress management, and organization, enhance my ability to successfully help you buy or sell a home.
Assisting and supporting people fulfill their dreams, in both a personal and professional capacity, is a value I am proud to hold. My involvement as the producer of a non-profit theatre company demonstrates my commitment to the people of our community. In A Different Light Theatre Company supports recovery of people living with mental illness through the theatre arts. My dedication to giving back to the community will always be an important part of my professional and personal life.
The real estate business has been a part of my life for many years in that both my father and brother sell real estate. I have been fortunate enough to learn firsthand how to run a successful business based on assisting clients in a respectful, direct manner with consistent follow through. I consider it a priority to find buyers the perfect property, and help my sellers get the most for their home.
I have been a member of the Million Dollar club since 2004 and achieved Diamond-Platinum status in 2009. I earned my Principal Brokers license in 2010. I have been #1 in sales companywide over the past 2 years and have the highest level of positive customer feedback for the past 3 years.
I hope you will bookmark my website and visit it often. I am always updating resources to help my clients locate reliable professions in your area. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions at (503) 347-3565, Laurie@LaurieGilmer.com or Laurie@PearlDistrict.com
